I was looking at my profile this morning.
It was insanely out of date.
I had written it, get this, at the end of 8th grade. I'm entering 10th next week, if that tells you anything.
I edited it a bit, I don't really think there's much more to add/delete.
I also redid my interests, as they've changed as well. I still need to work on that, but it's decent for now, since I've been updating that every so often, rather than just glancing at it and saying "this needs to be updated"
so, meh. There's that. XD

Mm... it seems like it was just last week I went to France but now it's closer to the time that they're coming over here.
Eh. Ignore the overall sloppiness of that last sentence. I really can't be bothered right now.
Hm. I need to get The Remus Lupins' other albums. I only have I Was A Teenage Werewolf and The Rest is Silence. Considering how much I love them, that's quite strange.
So I've realised that lately my sense of style has been borderline mainstream.
While I'm glad I find myself wearing more skinny jeans and bright colours than the cargo pants and black I wore most of 8th grade and the jeans and band t-shirt that I wore most of 9th, I'm a little upset at how terribly mainstream my taste of style is becoming.
Skinny jeans, bright colours, form-fitting flannel shirts, waistcoats, bright accessories, lots of accessories, scarves, hairbows, and not-baseball-cap-hats are more or less what's in right now. At least where I live. And that's moderately upsetting.
Well. At least no one in my school but me have shirts from Remus Lupins and Whomping Willows shows so ha!

I was looking at pictures of the new companion, Amy Pond, and I quite thought that I liked her outfit. Baggy-but-not-chavvy oversized jumper in a bright colour, black shortish skirt, grey tights, and Chuck Taylors. Plus, you know. She's a ginger. And I've always wanted to be a ginger. XD I even dyed my hair when I was eleven and then again when I was twelve. ^^

No one at Cape has gotten their schedule yet. I mean, it's not like school starts next week (it starts the 8th) but still. I want to know what classes I'm in and with whom. Plus I want to try to get out of honours World Lit. The workload is completely insane.
Speaking of school, I've still got a load of theatre homework I should get on...
I suppose I should go do that now. XD

So, lately, I've been listening to really nothing else but the aforementioned bands/singers/genres.

All are amazing, of course, and with my growing annoyance of 98% of mainstream music, obvious.

Right, so lately, thanks mostly to krispykrayons and the other people at Coconut's Collection I've been getting interested in Pullips, a Japanese doll.

You lot should know by now that "interested" is a codeword for "kind of borderline obsessed".

These dolls are like 13 ish inches tall and cost anywhere from $70 - $180ish.

But they're AWESOME.

Anyways, with my recently rediscovered leftover FrAY-UNce money, I bought one.
Her "name" is Craziia, but I renamed her Mhairi.
(No, she's not named after Mhazz. I got her name from a random name generator, and it fit. It just so happens to be Mhazz's name.)
She fits in Barbie clothes, but she's a Type 3 body, so she only really fits in the HSM/HM Barbie clothes (she is borderline flat-chested xP)

Seeing the Remus Lupins, The Whomping Willows, Harry and the Potters, and PotterCast in Brooklyn yesterday.
And the rest of the stuff I did yesterday (like going to that comic book store)
But especially the show.

I've decided that I need to make some goals for summer.
- read at least five novels that I haven't read before
- have all my friends over
- go to the boardwalk more often
- not lose touch with my friends that are going to tech
- go to the mall with my friends
- go to DC (like I do every summer)
- make money/get a job
- start to learn how to drive
- lose 10-ish pounds healthily
- learn how to play a full song on guitar

We had our last day of freshman year Friday, and... it didn't actually feel like the last day of school.
(I'm half-expecting to have to get up early tomorrow)
I went in early to finish my Geometry exam,
After I was finished, I still had a few minutes, so I checked with my History teacher to see my exam grade (100%!)
then I went Art (because that was our first exam) and CapeTV came on (school news).
At the end of the episode, Tracy came out of the art room (on capeTV) and shouted, "YOU JUST LOST THE GAME!!"
And Joe got all angry and RAWR, and screamed.
(Most of the class screamed "damn it!" or "Screw you, Tracy!")
We pretty much all just sat and talked until Fruchtman made us start the exam (which was easy).
After that, Emilie, Joe, Leah, and I talked until the bell rang.
Before I went to biology, I ran to French and got my exam grade (94%)
and then, obviously, I went to Biology.
Took my biology exam (easy)
and then we all basically hung out in the room until the bell rang.

I went to make sure that my health teacher had gotten my project (he did) and then said goodbye to my friends.
There was a fight in the parking lot.
Dillon was happy and chipper for once (because school was out)
and I got a load of hugs.

And I got home at 11.20, because it was a half-day.
It doesn't feel like school's over still.

Ah, so there's this car dealership that's been calling me all month, usually at school, so I've never actually answered, but they've left voicemails.
I managed to answer one today:
-Allo??

Well, first we did our "dialogues" for chapter five (the Restaurant chapter) which were really more like scripts but were still fun, then we pretty much chilled and talked.
And then...
and then...
my French teacher saw that I had Harry Potter á l'école des sorciers (the French version of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's/Philosopher's Stone, which literally translates into "Harry Potter at the Witch School" or something like that)
And she asked if she could see it.
Then Kaylyn and Jess were begging her to read from it, so she did.
And the entire class just SHUT UP COMPLETELY (which is shocking) and listened.
It was amazing.
And then she translated the text into literal English, which was different than the American version that I've read, and I'm pretty certain it was different from the English original text.

Also, we had a complete bitch for a History subsitute today. -_-

AND apparently people can choose EVERYTHING THEY WANT about their children if they have enough money. Like sex, hair colour, eye colour, physical traits, etc. We learned this in Biology, and while cool, that's fucking terrifying when you think about it.

Uhm, I'm in Agriscience right now. I'm supposed to be researching flowers (horticulture unit) but I'm LJing instead.
Ah, I'm also addicted to The Sims2. I can't wait for the Sims3, but I has no memory on my computer. I has lots of pictures.
I want to work on my story that I'm writing in French (which is technically a fanfiction, but it's all in French, even if it IS at about a 7-year-old level. xP) but it's kind of...hard.
I also have noted that I talk in an Irish accent without realising it. That's bad, isn't it?
Ah, I've got Art next period. Funnn.
